Safety Systems Technology ensures every single SST manufactured product that leaves our factory is built with the highest quality and reliability. SST will ensure all products returned to our factory are diagnosed and repaired/replaced in a timely manner. You may contact our Customer Care center to advise you of the status of your product repair. In case of an emergency, SST can provide you with a “loaner equipment” for temporary installation while your equipment is being repaired.
To Return an Equipment for Repairs
Click here to download the Return Material Authorization (RMA) form. You may print the blank form and fill in by hand, or fill in online before printing.

To Request a Loaner Equipment Instructions
- Locate the Model number, part number, and serial number of the equipment to be returned. Most products have this information on a metal nameplate attached to the unit. Unplug NOVA-5000 Control Modules from the rack and check the SST label on the printed circuit board.
- Please call Customer Care to request the Loaner Equipment and to provide a shipping address, a credit card or other means to prepay the shipping charges plus a deposit on the loaner (these charges will be refunded if returned equipment is found to have failed under warranty) at:
